Experience how IT, Customer Service, HR and Security can work at lightspeed

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 2017-- ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) today kicks off the NowForum series of events. In its fifth year, ServiceNow NowForum is for innovative leaders ready to deliver smarter, faster business services across the enterprise.

Register here for the NowForum events: Paris (Oct. 3), Amsterdam (Oct. 10), Washington, D.C. (Oct. 10), London (Oct. 12), New York (Oct. 17), Sydney (Oct. 25), Chicago (Oct. 26), and Frankfurt (Nov. 14).

The events are expected to draw thousands of professionals from the world’s most innovative organizations.

At the one-day events, attendees will:

  • Get practical advice and insights about how to simplify and automate work, deliver great service experiences across the enterprise and innovate to stay ahead.
  • Hear keynotes from ServiceNow executives including at select events CEO John Donahoe, Chief Product Officer C.J. Desai and CMO Dan Rogers on how to drive digital transformation across organizations.
  • Learn how to help bridge the gap for women in technology and support a more diverse workforce.
  • Hear about ServiceNow’s product roadmap, including intelligent automation.
  • Network with peers and ServiceNow solution experts.

A recent ServiceNowsurvey revealed that a majority of organizations have introduced advanced automation, such as machine learning, in their workplace, and nearly half of executives surveyed said they’ll require it more broadly by 2018 to cope with rising work volumes. The survey indicated that adding machines to everyday work drives revenue growth, creates new job opportunities and connects employees back to the work they want to do.

“NowForum will demonstrate how our most innovative customers are transforming their business by simplifying and automating work and embracing the latest innovations,” said Dave Wright, chief innovation officer, ServiceNow. “Machine learning is happening now, and it’s the impetus for digital transformation in IT, security, human resources and customer service across entire enterprises.”

Accenture is the Diamond Level sponsor for the Paris, Amsterdam, London, New York, Chicago and Frankfurt events. In Sydney, Fruition Partners, a DXC Technology Company, is the Diamond Level sponsor, and Accenture is the Platinum Level sponsor. ServiceNow partners will be showcasing their offerings as part of the expos in each city.
